HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR CUSTOM MINIFIGURES?

Our custom Minifigures are made using a variety of methods. We UV Print our own pieces as well as partially erase official LEGO pieces to give our figures the perfect look! We also search the web to find the best accessories to include with our minifigures – these can include official LEGO elements as well as high quality products from BrickArms, BrickForge, and other custom element producers.

ARE THESE REAL LEGO?

Here at Rocky Mountain Minifigs we pride ourselves on using genuine LEGO parts to make our figures. Our Figures may also include modified official element parts and accessories designed specifically for LEGO. Rest assured that if a part is made by LEGO then we will use that official part rather than a reproduction from other producers.

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 Business days or sooner. Some large orders and orders made during events may take slightly longer.

WHAT CUSTOMS FEES CAN I EXPECT IF ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY?

Import duties, Taxes, and other customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping price. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the country importing the products. For more information on your country’s customs and import fee check with your local customs office.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because we are a small independent shop, at least initially all sales are final (no refunds/returns). That said, if you have an issue with your order, please use the contact information below to get in touch!

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

Because we are a small independent shop, we can’t always replace or refund items that are lost in the mail. Domestic shipments within the US are insured and we will strive to send out a replacement order if your original shipment is lost by the post office. However, the products originally ordered may no longer be in stock, so we may also provide a full or partial refund.

International orders are not insured and international tracking can be spotty, so lost international shipments can not necessarily be replaced or refunded.

That said, out of thousands of orders that we’ve shipped out, while there have been some delays the postal service has only truly lost one package! If you have an issue with your order, please use the contact information below to get in touch!
