How It's Made
- We start with an official LEGO tricorne element and then change its color using dye!
- Unlike paint, the dying process actually permanently changes the underlying color of the plastic. This means the hat retains a perfect fit when used with a minifigure
- Once the tricorner hat has been recolored, we apply a gold trim to the top of the hat using durable paint
